The Liminal Mind is my forthcoming book and a wider exploration of archetypal imagery, meditation, consciousness, history, magic, perception and imagination. It looks at how images and symbols can be used deliberately as tools for meditation, insight, creativity and manifestation, bringing together Buddhist contemplative traditions, psychology, neuroscience, mythology, visual art and ideas around ontological design, or the ways in which the things we repeatedly engage with can help shape how we perceive, think and become.

It is particularly intended for people who find conventional meditation difficult, or whose minds work more naturally through imagery, symbolism and imagination. Rather than treating imagination as distraction, The Liminal Mind asks what happens when we learn to work with it consciously, and how the images, symbols and practices we choose may influence not only what we experience, but the way we construct and inhabit our sense of reality.

The Liminal Mind is a practical workbook that helps you translate the power of your imagination into your physical life. By weaving together the latest discoveries in neuroscience and quantum physics with the timeless wisdom of Buddhist philosophy, Ancient Egyptian magic, and Jungian psychology, this book offers a clear toolkit for expanding your awareness.

Reality is fluid, deeply interconnected, and continuously responding to your consciousness. In these pages, you will learn how to navigate the hidden mechanics of the world around you:

The Mind-Matter Connection: Human awareness and physical matter are deeply intertwined. Your mind acts as an active co-creator of your daily reality.

The Blueprint of Imagination: Archetypes, symbols, and art serve as the foundation of your world. Working with these tools allows you to pull ideas from your imagination and materialize them into your physical life.

The Magic of Liminal Space: The most profound creation happens at the threshold—the space between the conscious and subconscious mind. By intentionally stepping into these "in-between" spaces, you can directly shape your lived experience.

Through contemplative practice, symbolic magic, and the act of creation, The Liminal Mind gives you the exact tools to bridge the spiritual and the material. Step into the threshold, actively engage your awareness, and learn to consciously design your life.
